In a fresh Instagram video, Sean Strickland shared highlights from a sparring session with the flamboyant middleweight contender Michel Pereira. The footage showcased an electrifying exchange, with Strickland making several amusing remarks afterward.
"Brazilians will go all out for nothing," he chuckled while displaying clips from their rigorous sparring. "Honestly, you guys have no idea. You could toss a Cheeto into the ring, and they’d go all in for it. I have a lot of respect for those fighters."
As the woman filming commented on how everyone seemed to be out to get him that day, Strickland humorously dismissed the concern, stating that he actually needs this level of intensity. Throughout the short video, viewers can see him skillfully dodging strikes while effectively landing powerful punches and knees in return.
He captioned the post: "It wouldn’t be Tuesday if a Brazilian wasn’t trying to take years off my life… Feb 21st."
